How does shopping on SpeedLee work?

SpeedLee wants to make shopping from your phone easy. When you tap "BUY" for items you want, we place your order for you directly through the retailer offering the product. It's that easy! Return Policies and prices are exactly the same as what you'd find on the retailer website and all of your payment processing is completely secure. Think of us as your free personal shopper!

Why should I buy using SpeedLee ?

SpeedLee solves the problem of having to browse multiple retailer websites seperately and makes purchasing from your phone easy. Once you enter your payment and shipping details, they are securely saved so you never have to bother entering them again. 

What happens once I place my order ?

As soon as you place the order, SpeedLee sends it directly to the retailer offering the product. We're like a one-stop shop for all your mobile shopping needs! In the rare event an item is longer available, we won't charge you a thing.

Do you accept international orders ?

SpeedLee will begin only by shipping to the UK, but have plans to expand internationally in due course.

At what point is my credit card charged ?

A "pending" or "processing" transaction will post on your account instantly after you place an order. The funds will officially leave your account once your package ships from the retailer.

How do I reach someone at SpeedLee ?

How do I know I'm getting the best price ?

We guarantee that you are getting the very best price available on the retailers site. If somehow you are able to find the product at a price lower than what we charged you for it, let us know, and we'll be happy to honor up to £20 difference. 

What shows up on my credit card statement ?

Any purchases made through SpeedLee will show up on your credit card as "SpeedLee." If you ever have a question, please drop us a message at speedlee_me@outlook.com. We are very responsive!

How do I return or exchange items ?

It's hard to know if somethings going to fit from a picture - we get it, the struggle is REAL. Fortunately you are subject to the same retailer return policies. The return policy should be right on the packaging with the items you've received from the retailer, or have a look on the retailer website for their returns policy details.

Unfortunately, not all products can be returned and it's easy to understand why - undergarments, customized items, or sale items are all a no-go. Again, please follow the retailer's return policy for all return items.

When will I get my refund ?

As soon as we have confirmation that the return has been accepted, we'll refund you for your order! Please allow 3-4 weeks for a refund to be processed. 

Please note that refunds can only be applied to your original payment method. That includes prepaid gift cards, so keep them incase you need to return your order. 

How do I cancel my order ?

You can directly cancel your order within 30 minutes its placed on the app! Simply visit "Order History" and tap "Cancel."
